The Spring Architectural Committee Walk Through will be taking place on Sunday, May 19^th.  As a reminder, the focus of the walk through is to keep our homes in compliance with the architectural standards of the neighborhood HOA. Key things we will be looking at are: 

• Lawns and garden areas are maintained and free of dead vegetation and excessive weeds
• Ditches are maintained and free of growth 
• Basic general maintenance as viewed from street 
• Trash/recycle/yard waste containers are not visible from the street 
• Recreational vehicles are screened from street with an approved method
